Cooking Instructions:

Cooking appliance temperature/power can vary and may need to be adjusted accordingly. If thawing, place dim sim in refrigerator overnight.

  1. Steamed Dim Sim:Place dim sim in a steamer containing water, leaving space between each dim sim. If thawed, steamed for 6 minutes. If frozen, steam for 9 minutes.
  2. Fried Dim Sim:Fry dim sim for 5 minutes if thawed or 8 minutes if frozen until golden brown. Drain and serve.

Once cooked, consume immediately, do not re-store or reheat.

Storage:
Keep frozen, store at -18°C or below. Once thawed, store in refrigerator at below 5°C and use within 24 hours. Manufactured in a facility which processes peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy and sesame seeds.
