Serving size: Each 75g hamburger roll is low FODMAP, 4 per 300g pack. Low FODMAP Certified by Monash University.

Ingredients: Sourdough 25% (rice flour, water), water, rice starch, maize starch, millet flour, vegetable fibre (psyllium), sugar, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; lupine protein, sunflower oil, yeast, salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavouring. May contain traces of soya.
