Pasta Roma Rigatoni (350g) is similar to penne, but with a bigger size and square edges.

The name comes from 'Rigato', an Italian term meaning 'ridged', and is often associated with the cuisine of central and southern Italy. In the southern region of Italy, especially in Sicily, Rigatoni is a popular choice of pasta shape.

Its versatility makes it perfect for a variety of dishes, such as pasta bakes and sauces with cheese or chunky ingredients.

This Australian-made pasta is Low FODMAP, Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, Milk Free, Soy Free, Yeast Free, and Vegan Friendly.

Preparation Instructions:

  1. For each 350g of pasta, bring 5 litres of water to the boil (salted to taste).
  2. Add pasta and return to boil. Stir gently and continue to boil for 8-10 minutes to desired texture.
  3. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

Serve size: An 87.5g serve is low FODMAP, 4 serves per 350g pack.
