Eerie-sistible Gluten Free Spooky Choc Zombie Bars

Looking for a kid-friendly, gluten free & low FODMAP Halloween treat recipe everyone can share and enjoy?

These spooky choc zombie bars are so much fun to make and even more fun to devour!

Prep time: 2 minutes

Serves: 10 (1 bar per serve)

Ingredients:

x1 pk Simply Wize Irresistible Lollies Snakes (160g)

x2 pk Simply Wize Rice Bars - Dark Choc (5 x 90g bars)

x1 pk Sweet William Dark Choc Buttons (300g)

x1 pk Eskal Pretzel Sticks Sea Salt (200g)

x1 pk Edible Candy Eyeball (25g) - Available from leading supermarkets.

Method:

1. Heat dark choc buttons in microwave or on stove top per packet instructions.

2. Dip top third of rice bar into melted chocolate. Rest on a tray lined with baking paper.

3. Immediately assemble zombie hair, eyes and mouth per your liking, by dipping ends of snakes, pretzel sticks and candy eyeballs in melted chocolate.

4. Allow to rest for 10 minutes or until melted chocolate is dry to touch.

5. Serve at room temperature.
