Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained

1/2 large red capsicum

1 Lebanese cucumber

1 medium tomato

1/2 medium Hass Avocado

1 handful of Green Olives, sliced

2 tbl Greek feta

2 tsp dill, dried or fresh

2 tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbl Balsamic Vinegar of Moderna
